Our Responsibilities:

Traffic statistics available to monitor our performance.

Monthly monitoring of your site to ensure that it stays at 90-100% compliance with current search engine criteria.

Consultations as you desire, up to 12 per 12 month period.

Guaranteed multiple listings on the first page of the major search engines within 90 days of implementing the optimization.

A very quick uptick, generally 10 days, in the current rankings of your website following our technical repair of the website.
Your (Client) Responsibilities
Provide access to your domain account, hosting account, Google Search Console, Google Analytics and website as requested by us.
Be willing to possible minor design changes to the site, such as calls-to-action to maximize the results that we deliver for you and your business.
Payment Terms:
If we fail to perform the optimization on a regular, monthly basis, you may cancel at any time with 30 days notice. In the event of proper notice, we will leave our optimization in place on your website.
Should a recurring payment from you fail and not be resolved, you understand that we have the right to terminate services and remove our optimizations, resulting in falling search engine rankings.
Credit Card Authorization
You authorize us to charge this amount today (or on the date chosen) for the initial site repair, research & pre-optimization prep.
You further authorize us to charge you this amount monthly beginning 30 days from the date you chose for the initial charge above.
